get https://api.opticodds.com/api/v3/sportsbooks/last-polled
Description
Returns a list of the last time our systems checked for odds update. Please note that this is not the same as the timestamp field on the /fixtures/odds endpoint, we only update /fixtures/odds when we notice a change in price or in points. This endpoint returns the timestamps we received at least 1 valid odd from the sportsbook for the given parameters.

You must pass at least one of the following (league, fixture_id).
league
The league you want to get sportsbook last polling information for. You can pass the id or the name.
fixture_id
The id of the fixture you want information for. You can pass up to 5 per request.
sportsbook
The sportsbook you want to limit results to. You can pass up to 5 per request. You can pass the id or the name.
